We recently decided to downsize from our home in Weston, Florida and move to Salt Lake City, Utah to be near our family. Faced with this difficult decision, we were very fortunate to have the expert assistance from Ana Teresa Rodriguez and her team. Ana’s first meeting with us helped us appreciate her capabilities and have confidence in the company she worked for.

Preparation to show our home was very important. We worked with her in uncluttering the home we had lived in for 20 years, not an easy task. Ana also introduced us to her handy man/general contractor who was fantastic. Many cosmetic as well as functional issues were corrected inside and out. Ana also is a very knowledgeable marketer. With absolute attention to detail, she brought in colorful extras like pillows & flowers, and readjusted some of the furniture for the best display of our space. She brought her photographer who worked with her taking pictures throughout the house. They were there about 4 hours, ultimately producing a fabulous brochure and website. And a very valuable advantage in going with Ana was her extensive connection with the international market. She is multilingual, appreciates and understands other cultures and her presence and demeanor was always first class. 

And finally, we thank Ana for her attention to detail when closing the sale. Again, she was very knowledgeable and accommodating so we could close at a convenient time and location for us because we had made airline arrangements to leave Florida. 

We have moved several times, in and out of the country and have never had such thorough attention from our realtor. From our experience, Ana scores a 10 out of 10 as a realtor and will make a fantastic relocation representative for your company.
